Excursions to BIOTA AFRICA observatories and well-known places in South Africa and Namibia have been arranged prior to and after the congress. We are offering different excursions, so that you may find one that suits your interests and your timetable. Please note that for all excursions the number of participants is limited. The day trips are being organized by Signature Tours. To sign up for any of the day trips please contact the company directly by going to the relevant Registration. They are authorised by the congress office to deal with your registration and take your booking. All day trip excursions will be guided by South African BIOTA colleagues. Closing date for bookings will be 20 September 2008. The multi-day excursions are entirely organised and guided by BIOTA AFRICA colleagues. To sign up for one of these field trips, please go to the relevant Registrations. Within a few days, you will receive a response as to whether you are successfully registered followed by the details of payment and eventually further details. Please note that the number of participants is limited. Closing date for bookings will be 20 August 2008.
